It took a month to arrive, so have only been using it a week or 2.
One of the main reasons I wanted it was to help sleep so can get
off sleeping pills. At 75 yrs. of age, I've only slept 3-5
hrs/night for 10+ years even with the sleeping pills. Excited to
experience what the frequency generator might do, set it up at 528
near the head of the bed. I woke around 3 am with the worst
migraine I'd had in awhile and hubby woke feeling like he had the
flu, aching all over, throwing up and weak. We rarely get ill for
any reason. So, we haven't gotten brave enough to try it for sleep
again! LOL! I do feel positive results with the morning setting at
417 while doing morning activities in the kitchen. I run through
several settings while checking emails and taking care of other
business on the computer for an hour or so in the morning...
parasite cleanse 728, high cortisol 432, arthritis 174 and do feel
calmer, less pain and hoping for less parasites which Hulda Clark
among others cite as the root cause of most all of our human ills.
I set it to 528 in the evening while Hubby and I watch a movie,
read, etc., before retiring for the night. I do feel some positive
overall improvement in energy, mental attitude, pain level of
arthritis in thumbs, and life's other little aches and pains that
come and go in maturity. ;-) I do seem to be sleeping better, more
6-7 hr. nights with few wake-ups, or at least, back to sleep if I
do wake up, rather than laying awake for hours. I am taking some
other things helping with that as well... magnesium primarily. All
in all, I feel it is having a positive effect, and worth the $89 I
paid. I will get brave enough to give it another try on the sleep
setting overnight. Thank you for making this product available at
an affordable price. I believe the technology is sound and your
device appears to be of high quality with obvious care put into
its construction and packaging.
